Private sessions of yoga, sound, meditations, or a mix of all. I come to your home or office and bring everything with me for a truly special and bespoke session for you and yours.

A perfect way to show employees and colleagues that they are valued and cared for at work. Wellbeing IS wealth, and it is great that companies are starting to show appreciation for their staff members by offering better wellbeing incentives.

STUDIO SESSIONS

I run various group sessions in studios, or church style venues and halls in and around London. If you have a venue close to you we can use, then let's coordinate a special session for your groups. I am usually based in SW London, and post my events on social media and Eventbrite.
