Unlock Your Inner Calm

Since a child I was into sports, travel, and the outdoors. I was fascinated by the effects that nature had on our minds and bodies. As a competitive sports person, trainer, and inquisitive soul until my late 30s, I worked and taught abroad in South Korea, Switzerland, and South Africa, exploring the cultures, views on life, and community practices. I went into PT as a primary income, but I had also worked with children using Playball, adventure activities, and coaching as the main tool. To find calm and balance, away from the ego of sports I had always turned to nature, and some breathing tools to find peace. Then I began yoga, and saw how the rounded practice of learning about emotions, our bodies and minds, freeing us from ego, as well as how to remain calm and learn strength from the inside and the outside, can really have a positive effect on our lives and those around us. Self acceptance is a great way to start to feel compassion, and I believe by using the playful and peaceful methods in sound baths and nature walks.. meditations.. we can unlock that side of ourselves that already knows her self-worth and true essence.

I am now thrilled to be able to offer these practices in London, and surrounds.
