MINDFUL MOMENTS: SOUND BATHS FOR HEALING
Creating serene spaces for nourishing soundscapes and meditations. A chance to truly unwind, release any tensions, and allow the body and mind to let go of any unwanted stress or blockages. Sound baths are for anyone looking for a touch more balance in their lives.

BENEFITS OF SOUND HEALING:
Sound baths immerse individuals in waves of sound, said to entrain with our brains.
Our brain waves slow down to Alpha, so our nervous systems down regulate and enter the rest and digest state. From here, our minds and bodies are in a meditative state, and the specific vibrations of the instruments can help relieve pain; to balance our energy centres; release blockages or stress stored in our bodies. Our minds can also rest, often feeling as if we have been asleep, yet we have entered a thoughtless and recovery state. Therefore, immunity is boosted, and we are able to find inner stillness, balance, and a renewed sense of self and stability as we emerge.

WHO IS BEHIND THE SOUND?

Liz Marsland, BSc, is an ex-athlete and personal trainer, who learned that living with more balance and inner calm, improved every area of her life. She knows that this takes practice, and does not come naturally to so many of us. Yoga, sound, meditation, community and nature have helped create this practice.
Liz truly believes in the science and the obvious peaceful effects of sound baths, and so feels privileged to be called to share this with as many people as she can reach.
